About Hapa-Hafu Kitchen Project
Welcome to the HKP!
The HKP 2013 Sprint to share 5 Kitchen Projects. Follow our fun and tell us about yours!
How HKP started:
In a little corner of an apartment building in San Francisco, three neighbors started cooking up fun together. The Hafu/Hapa Kitchen project is our creative collaboration: half Hafu*, half Hapa* we mix the flavors of our cultural traditions to create new tastes!
2 Hapas + 2 Hafus = 100% FUN!
We get together and experiment fusing flavors from our global heritage. Here is a peek at our cooking adventures; we hope to inspire you to try mixing things up in your kitchen too!
